Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a dynamic maintenance team to ensure the Hospital is maintained to the highest standards.
* Provide a customer-facing and highly responsive maintenance service to the site.
* Carry out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks to a meticulous standard.
* Offer technical guidance, assistance, and information to other members of the maintenance team.
* Complete training to fulfill Authorised Person duties.
* Demonstrate multi-skilling and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
* Report to the maintenance supervisor and provide regular updates on work in progress and completed tasks.
Key Requirements:
* Proficient in maintenance, repairs, testing, and inspection of building, mechanical, and electrical services, as well as associated systems, plant, and equipment, following relevant standards and operational procedures.
