Our client is requiring a specialist Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school based in Liverpool. The school works with students aged 11-19 with ASD, with a staff team dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the children in their care. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a specialist setting for SEND and must have experience supporting a range of SEND needs. The successful applicant will have a calm and patient manner and the ability to adapt learning to the individual child. Additional training SEMH and ASD would be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time position with the proposed start of 3rd November until July 2026 but could become permanent for the right candidate. Our client requires you to hold a Teaching Assistant qualification, along with a minimum of 6 months experience working within a SEN setting.
