Your future, your role
As a Facilities Manager you’ll be:
Ensure all reactive maintenance requests are triaged, assigned and completed within agreed operational SLA’s, to include failed PPM actions
Robust management of all escalations with ongoing root cause analysis to identify process improvements, to include site closures
Regular practice visits to monitor service delivery on the ground
Liaison with Contractor Performance Manager/ IFS Process & Systems Lead to drive continual improvement across the team
Manage real time uplifts from contractors to ensure the right commercial repair/ replace decisions are made to optimise revenue delivery
Line Management of Helpdesk Coordinators to include, but not limited to - Learning/ Training/ Development/ Succession planning/ Workday administration/ 1:1/s/ Performance Management etc.
You will have experience:
Relevant degree in Facilities Management or other industry specific qualifications is desirable
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development in FM & Property Management
Good hands-on working knowledge of Facilities processes and practices, gained through experience working in a Facilities function within a large property portfolio
A demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of reactive and planned property and dental maintenance
