Responsibilities
* Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Oversee the delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades, ensuring work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
* Coordinate and manage labour, materials, and equipment; work with planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilization.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and stakeholders to meet needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades, contributing to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* NVQ L3/4 or equivalent in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related field
* SSSTS Qualification
* CSCS card Gold / White
* Current and valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
