We're hiring an Operations Executive to support the delivery of out-of-home advertising campaigns across the UK.
This role sits at the heart of our operations team, helping ensure campaigns run smoothly from booking through to delivery and reporting.
You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and wider team to keep everything organised, accurate, and on time.
What you'll be doing:
* Requesting availability (avails) from media owners
* Coordinating photography of live campaigns
* Checking artwork is correct and ready for submission
* Sending artwork to media owners and chasing deadlines
* Updating and maintaining our CRM (Pipedrive)
* Uploading supplier bills to Xero and checking accuracy
* Running credit checks on new clients
* Chasing overdue invoices and payments
* Managing inbox hygiene (removing spam, organising leads)
* Supporting meeting planning and office organisation
* General day-to-day admin to support the ops team
What we're looking for:
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident using systems like CRM tools or finance platforms (or quick to learn)
* Strong communication skills (email + phone)
* Proactive mindset – you spot issues before they become problems
* Previous admin / operations experience is a bonus (not essential)
