Professional Authorisations Manager – Belfast/Hybrid

Duties:
·Issuing practising certificates and firm authorisations for regulated services (statutory audit, AML, investment business, etc.)
·Maintaining statutory registers and overseeing the annual firm return process
·Handling member and firm enquiries on registration requirements
·Leading regulatory audits from oversight bodies such as IAASA and the FRC
·Managing a small, dedicated team with full people management duties
·Contributing to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Criteria:
·Qualified accountant (member of a recognised accountancy or supervisory body)
·5+ years post-qualification experience in practice, with audit experience at a managerial level
·Experience in a regulatory or compliance-focused role is a plus
·Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
·Excellent people and communication skills
·A proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a change-oriented environment
