Hardy Tree Surgeons has been established since 1988 and is a highly reputable and an accredited Arboricultural Association Approved company based near Dorchester.
We are a currently seeking a qualified and experienced Tree Surgeon / Climber to join our team based on the outskirts of Dorchester.

Candidates require :-
* A full valid UK driving licence with towing capabilities and experience
* High quality of workmanship and attention to detail
* Experience and knowledge of the tree surgery industry with compliance of BS398:2010 Tree Work Recommendations and Working at Height Regulations May 2020
* Minimum of three years active climbing experience
* Fully Certified to NPTC or equivalent :-
o NPTC 201/202 (Formerly CS30 & CS31) or Equivalent – (Essential)
o NPTC 203 (Formerly CS32) or Equivalent – (Essential)
o NPTC 206/306 (Formerly CS38) – (Essential)
o NPTC 204 (Formerly CS39) – (Essential)
o NPTC 303 (Formerly CS41) – (Desired)
o Lantra MEWP or Equivalent – (Desired)
o NPTC 309 (Formerly CS47) or Equivalent – (Desired)
* We would consider applicants looking to progress into the role that already have chainsaw NPTC 201/202 (Formerly CS30 & CS31) and aerial rescue NPTC 206/306 (Formerly CS38) certifications
The job role entails, but not limited too :-
* Carrying out all aspects of private and commercial tree surgery operations
* Undertaking and implementing safety regulations on site
* Carry out vehicle, machinery and equipment pre-use checks and report defects
* Carry out company site specific risk assessments
* Organising and liaising with other team members either in the capacity as the team leader or as a team member to ensure safe operations
Full time position Monday to Friday
Part time days considered
