They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, driving growth, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on both retention and new revenue opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and strategic objectives.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, while owning the commercial relationship and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
* Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term value
* Build strong, multi-level relationships across client organisations
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions, including contract renewals
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track activity within CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and value beyond core offerings
* Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements where required
* Stay up to date with market trends, products, and industry developments
About You
* Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager / Account Manager / B2B Sales role
* Strong track record of managing and growing large corporate or enterprise accounts
* Experience delivering against revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction targets
* Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Experience developing account strategies and executing growth plans
* Comfortable working in a target-driven, competitive environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
