About the Role
* Location: Thorpe Bay, Southend on Sea, SS1 3BN
* Starting in June 2026
* Working pattern: Every other Monday or Wednesday

Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
* Postgraduate qualification in Endodontics (MSD, specialty certification, or equivalent)
* Current General Dental Council (GDC) registration and license to practice in the United Kingdom
* Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in endodontic practice
* Demonstrated expertise in root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics
* Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing diagnostic imaging (radiographs, CBCT)
* Strong knowledge of endodontic pathology and clinical decision-making
* Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with digital dentistry tools and practice management software
* Advanced training in endodontic microsurgery or specialized techniques
* Experience managing complex or challenging endodontic cases
* Knowledge of restorative and prosthodontic considerations in endodontic treatment
* Active involvement in professional endodontic organizations or continuing education programs
* Experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary dental environment
* Demonstrated commitment to mentoring and professional development of colleagues
