Accounts Assistant
* Annual Salary: £30k - £33k

Duties:
* Process purchase invoices against purchase orders and proof of deliveries.
* Complete bank reconciliations and manage financial filing systems.
* Maintaining data using accounting software and produce finance/ management reports from the system
* Processing bank payments and receipts.
* Bank/credit card reconciliations
* Manage monthly journal entries and post them to the general ledger.
* Provide administrative support during budget preparation and audit processes.
* Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
* Excellent organising abilities & attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
