At Hotel du Vin, fifty percent of revenue comes from catering sales. Many of our hotels experience busier periods in our bistros than most local restaurants! As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team maintains brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you will have previous experience at this level and be able to demonstrate your skills in team development.
