Ensuring the team maintains the level of service required by Oakland partners, working towards departmental KPI’s whilst adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Tasks / Responsibilities: * To lead, motivate and manage the performance of the Team to surpass the site KPI’s using the management information, processes & policies to achieve them. * Responsible for understanding, communicating, and driving the department key performance indicators, including sales losses, labour cost and agency usage and taking action on any overspends * Leading the consistent application of the Company People Management Process.
