We’re working with a growing business that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their busy sales function. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and professional support across multiple teams. What’s on offer as an Administrator: * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm * Competitive salary, £28,000–£31,000 depending on experience * Annual bonus up to £1,000 * 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * Supportive and collaborative team culture Administrator Responsibilities: * Managing and updating sales records and customer data with high levels of accuracy * Supporting the sales team by handling all administrative duties from enquiry to completion * Acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers * Raising sales orders and preparing quotations * Handling customer communications (calls, emails, queries) in a professional manner * Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met * Following up on payments and ensuring sales documentation is up to date Administrator Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Experience in sectors such as automotive, estate agencies, or legal/conveyancing would lend itself well to this position * Comfortable working in a professional and confidential environment * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Kerridge is a bonus but not essential * Clear communication skills, both written and verbal * A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
