Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
* Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Assist fee earners and support staff with processing of files and documents when needed.
Skills
* Strong administrative and clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing excellent customer service.
* Proficient typing skills to assist with various documentation needs.
