Are you an Engineering student passionate about process optimisation and making an impact? Join our vibrant R&D team in Malvern and:
1. Tackle real-world challenges by working with the R&D team towards optimising our testing methodologies across our product range.
2. Explore and develop new and novel testing methodologies applied across our product range.
3. Develop your skills in different branches of engineering by joining our global system engineering team and get exposure to current international engineering standards.

About the Role:
7. Duration: 13 months, starting July 1st, 2024, ending 25th of July 2025
8. Salary: £18,525 per year
9. Benefits: 25 days paid holiday + UK bank holidays, employee assist programand more
10. Location: Malvern office
11. Hybrid working, based on your tasks.
Qualifications:
12. Currently enrolled in a STEM degree (Engineering or Physics)that offers an Industrial Placement Year
13. Right to work and live in the UK for the duration of the placement.
14. An understanding of different engineering disciplines ,mechanical, electronic and software would be ideal.
15. An understanding of concept design, CAD, prototyping, and testing.
16. An awareness of systems engineering principles such as DFX, FMEA, and DOE.
17. Passionate approach to theoretical andpractical problem solving on scientific instrumentation.
18. Creative thinking – design will be at the heart of this work.
19. An interest in understanding customer needs and communicating results.
20. Curiosity and desire to learn – the projects are interdisciplinary.
21. A scientific approach to problem solving.
22. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
