You will play a key role in maintaining and developing IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and contributing to strategic IT projects while ensuring reliable, high-quality service delivery. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide field-based IT support across multiple sites Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Maintain and optimise systems, servers and networks Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure Deliver IT projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts) Ensure security, compliance and data protection Mentor and support junior team members REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong IT support and networking experience Confident with servers, infrastructure and networks Skilled in diagnosing complex hardware/software issues Understanding of cybersecurity and GDPR Experience using systems such as SIMs, MS Office, Impero would be desirable.
