Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to young people in a 12-bed CAMHS service.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users.
* Mentor and support team members.
* Observe, record, and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant nursing qualification.
* NMC registration.
* Strong teamwork skills.

Location:
Bere Clinic, Hemlock Road, Waterlooville, PO8 8QT. A 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders, with onsite educational services and a multidisciplinary team.
