Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of everything.
* Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals.
* Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with correct controls and measures to support a customer-first experience.
* Work as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
* Ensure colleagues remain focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times.
* Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and streamline processes at the retail counter.
* Support the retail counter to ensure branch standards are best in class for customer experience excellence.
* Deliver a customer-first service through the management of pick-to-manifest times and achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
* Support the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring it is set up for growth through best-in-class customer service and service levels.
* Ensure best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.
Skills And Experience
* Great communication skills with the ability to develop customer relationships.
* Ability to utilise technology to execute comprehensive fleet checks and promote a zero-accident mindset while maintaining a safety-first culture for all employees and the public.
