Solihull Council is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Programme Manager to lead high‑profile programmes focused on improving the health and wellbeing of working age adults and supporting healthy ageing across the borough. What You’ll Be Doing Embedding an evidence‑led approach to improve the health of working aged adults, using data, insights and logic models to understand need and drive better outcomes. Ensuring that there are effective service pathways in place across local partnerships and that public health services are commissioned effectively within this. Collaborating across the Council, NHS partners, voluntary and community organisations, and local employers to deliver joined‑up action and partnership working. Coordinating resources through effective matrix and programme management Providing strong governance support to strategic boards, including high‑quality reporting and assurance Managing interdependent projects, monitoring progress and ensuring milestones and benefits are achieved. What You’ll Bring Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder change programmes. Strong programme and project management skills. Ability to use data, evidence and evaluation to drive outcomes. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships across organisations. Level 6 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
