Salary: Basic + Bonus | OTE £40,000+ (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

SMART Repair ManagerKey Responsibilities
* Oversee both productive and non-productive workshop staff
* Manage workshop efficiency, productivity, and output
* Liaise with both internal teams and external customers to ensure service standards are met
* Ensure all work and documentation is completed accurately and on time
* Uphold company procedures and maintain compliance standards
* Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
About You
* A minimum of 1 years experience in a Bodyshop or SMART Repair Manager role
* NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 or ATA qualification preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence required
