Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality and regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, and manage nonconformance and corrective actions. Reporting to the Quality Leader, you will play a key role in audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform product and process quality inspections
* Record and report inspection results
* Support quality improvement initiatives
* Analyze quality data and identify recurring issues
* Manage nonconformance and corrective actions
* Maintain and approve QMS documentation
* Support internal and external audits
Key Skills
* Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
* Strong documentation and reporting skills
* Data collection and analysis capability
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and teamwork
* Good time management
Profile
* Minimum 3 years' experience in quality, engineering, or related fields
* HND/HNC (Engineering/Business) or equivalent qualification
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of aviation safety standards preferred
