What you'll be doing...
* As a Recruitment Administrator, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, and become a critical member of our team.
* Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to deliver a seamless candidate experience
* Post job adverts, organise interviews, and support hiring managers with all things recruitment
* Dive into datagenerate reports, create insights, and share trends across the business
* Get creative managing our recruitment presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and more
* Be the go-to person for careers enquiries via inbox and phoneline
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week
