What youll get up to?
As operations manager, you will:
Oversee 7-8 sites across the UK.
Be passionate about the development of people.
Be instrumental in developing the companies culture.
Be accountable for the overall profitability of the sites.
Work closely with general managers to ensure world class hospitality is being delivered in each site.
Work both strategically and operationally and have excellent financial acumen.
