Job Description
About The Role:
* Working in a fast-paced environment where time management and organisation is key.
* Monitoring and understanding the launch reports within the business and trouble shooting online issues in a pragmatic way
* Liaising with the product teams to request samples for meetings, styling and photo shoots.
* Assist organising multiple shoots at one time arranging collections, carnet applications & packing with necessary paperwork & guidelines completed.
* Creating shoot packs for the team on location to follow for guidance and styling preference.
* Loading all information, data, photos and styled items to the system prior to photo shoots.
* Communicating with a variety of people from different departments as well as stylists, photographers & art directors and licence teams.
* Working alongside stylists for outfit building.
* Dealing with online queries and resolving any issues that arise on the website.
* Processing photo shoot imagery, working to tight deadlines to ensure all imagery is signed off by the teams and complete in time for online launch.
* Tracking photo shoot samples. Keeping relevant samples on the department depending on season & styling needs.
* An additional benefit experience in Next systems - BRP and analysing numbers and the production progress practices
About you:
You will be an excellent communicator who is highly organised with strong time management skills. Confident in multitasking, you will be able to manage numerous projects effectively, working well both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and adaptable, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience with buyers' range plans or similar product systems would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
