Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Performance Manager within our New Business Development team. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, adoption and optimisation of key activities and actions, specifically supporting the Business Development Managers & Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong CRM & analytical skills, excellent communication & coaching abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with a flexible working style blending between field and office settings. This role will report directly to the Business Development Director. Key Responsibilities: Lead the tracking and analysis of standard key performance metrics including pipeline, appointments, conversions, and customer success. Develop strong business relationships and maintain effective communication with sales managers and marketing team, to ensure integration of learnings and insights as our methodologies are deployed and adopted. Foster collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for growth. Conduct pipeline tracking via regular meetings, highlighting gaps and proposing strategies for improvement. Track and report on sales projects and initiatives, providing benefit reporting to stakeholders. Manage CRM controls for sales reporting lines and structure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with the data analysts to ensure accuracy of data reported at both local and national levels. Maintain and update weekly business sales update report for distribution to the wider network, highlighting key activities, successes, and focus areas. Support and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip field sales teams with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to effectively execute business development strategies. Keep the team aligned to preapproved company strategies by running scheduled meetings and field check-ins. Keen eye for data and deploy a preventative mindset to problem solving.
