Job Overview Join us as Regional Operations Manager Location: Bangor Band & Salary: Band 6, £39,263.00 - £47,280.00 Contract Type: Substantive Hours: 37.5 This is a hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. Organisation: Llais – The Citizen Voice Body for Health and Social Care Are you passionate about making real change in health and social care? What you’ll do: carry out operational duties within a Llais region provide a high-quality service to meet the needs of a Llais region provide operational management for Llais regionally, with overall responsibility for managing, maintaining, and developing all regional administrative staff and activities, ensuring adherence to Llais policies and procedures be responsible for interpreting complex national policies i.e., from Welsh Government in relation to service change, analysing the information, implementing, and managing an effective system of communication to meet the needs of staff, volunteers, members of the public and other organisations. There may be barriers to understanding i.e., relaying complex legal process into communications both written and verbal to mixed groups monitor the regional financial allocation to ensure that Llais’ statutory / financial duties and its financial policies and procedures are followed provide supervision to the Administration team staff.
