The Role
You’ll work closely with Tech leaders, providing the clear, commercial advice they need to help their teams thrive. The role is offered on an initial 9‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
What You’ll Take On
* Coach and upskill managers to become self‑sufficient, providing guidance on everything from performance to effective collaboration.
* Support the HRBP in developing and implementing effective people‑plan strategies that reflect our unique culture.
* Provide expert advice on employment legislation, ensuring transparent communication and compliance.
* Help lead the bi‑annual talent‑management process, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to evolve and succeed.
* Contribute to HR COEs on project‑based work, finding new ways to improve our processes and the employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid knowledge of UK Employment Law and experience working at an advisory level, ideally within a tech environment.
* Strong communication skills; the ability to influence at all levels with clarity and warmth.
* An enthusiastic, confident mindset for learning and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
* Respect for diverse perspectives and a global mindset to support offshore development teams.
* A high degree of confidentiality and a commitment to honest, responsible HR practices.
