The Role
This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to customers.
Leading shifts at the venue
Supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during all services.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Provide training for new & junior members of the team.
Play an active part in developing their social media presence
The Candidate
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to use a variety of hotel/restaurant booking systems & social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
The Terms
This role includes working evenings, the core hours are from 3-11pm, and includes both days at the weekend. A salary of £30K is available for the right candidate and the company offers benefits including:
