The Role:
We’re searching for a Service Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of engineering services to customers, ensuring that all service requests are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves arranging maintenance and service visit with engineers, monitoring upcoming and urgent calls with a heavy focus on proactive planning.
As a result, we’re looking to speak with individuals who possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and excel at multitasking. You’ll be coordinating breakdowns, so a technical/engineering understanding would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessing scheduling priorities based on works outlined on internal systems.
2. Liaising with customers to ensure their needs are met, advising on technical matters and ensuring works are carried out efficiently and accurately.
