Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, INSLP
INSLP (Security & Loss Prevention) is hiring an SLP Specialist to support the growth of the “SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program” and help prevent losses through the identification of abusive entities. The program aims to identify and eliminate concessions abuse while maintaining customer trust.
The primary objective of the SLP Specialist is to provide security services, conduct investigations, and protect assets in their designated area. They will assist in mitigating product loss and maintaining customer satisfaction, following INSLP guidelines and policies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills with stakeholders across business and corporate functions. Daily activities include planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and executing processes and procedures as per organizational and SLP guidelines.
As part of the Concessions Abuse program, the SLP Specialist will investigate concessions requests, conduct end-to-end investigations across customers, delivery networks, and sellers to identify abusive entities, and adhere to investigation frameworks. They will also provide on-ground intelligence to uncover abuse methods, conduct risk assessments, and perform process audits to ensure network integrity in line with security policies.
Key Job Responsibilities
Security Operations
* Implement and follow up on Loss Prevention Plans in MDR Concessions
Audits and Compliance
* Conduct SLP audits and update SOPs
* Perform surprise checks and report at Last Mile stations
* Maintain documentation and adhere to SLAs for the program
Process Improvement and Loss Prevention
* Review processes, analyze gaps, and implement improvements
* Conduct periodic assessments and reporting
* Implement feedback, follow up on CAPAs, and suggest prevention initiatives based on intelligence
Loss Prevention Analysis and Investigation
* Analyze loss trends, identify defects and abusive entities
* Conduct investigations with customer service and support teams
* Meet investigation targets, prepare reports, and share root cause analyses and initiatives
Basic Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent experience and professional certification
* 7-10 years in security and loss prevention, law enforcement, or related fields
* Knowledge of shrink management and data analysis
* Experience managing complex security investigations
* Knowledge of information security processes and systems
* Experience in security auditing
Preferred Qualifications
* Loss prevention experience
* Investigation/security certifications
* Emergency response/crisis management certifications
* Training and development experience
* Experience with security audits and investigations
* Exposure to multinational corporate culture
