A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Luton is seeking a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team for the Autumn Term. This full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners, with the possibility of an extension based on school needs and performance.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes progress and confidence
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Assess, record, and report on pupil development and attainment
* Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and ethos
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent teaching experience within Key Stage 1
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupil success
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
