Position
An established interior design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Architect to join its team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role is suited to an experienced designer with six to eight years’ experience in high-end residential interiors.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the workload of 3-4 designers whilst also taking lead on your own projects within the studio.
Responsibilities include developing concepts and mood boards, researching finishes and fixtures, producing detailed CAD packages including plans, elevations, sections and construction details, creating technical packs and specifications, developing SketchUp models for joinery and interiors, supporting client presentations, attending site visits and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to maintain design intent and quality.
