We are looking for caring and committed Support Workers who share our values and want to make a real difference. This is a community-based role, with most support delivered on a 1:1 basis. You’ll be supporting people to enjoy everyday life — whether that’s a trip to the beach, visiting a local café, or doing the weekly shop. The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes, and goals. No two days are the same, and flexibility is essential.
