You will lead a diverse team across production, planning, engineering support, and logistics, working closely with senior leadership to continuously improve performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems.
