Job Introduction


Location: Hugglescote, Coalville (LE67)
Hourly rate: £12.25 per hour
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) & Part time (22.5 hours) available
Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Required: Full Manual UK driving licence

Who will I support?
You will be supporting our ladies and gentlemen in their home in Hugglescote, Coalville. They enjoy a wide range of activities, including going to shows, weekly shopping trips, canal boat outings, pub visits, and sometimes playing games together-plus a communal tea if it's someone's birthday! If there's a Leicester Tigers rugby match on, you may also provide support to attend.
You'll be encouraging independence and building positive connections every day. You will need to be available for a variety of different shifts Typical shift patterns include early (07:00-14:30), late (14:30-22:00), and middle shifts (11:00/12:00-17:00), working alternate weekends and split shifts as required. You will need a Full UK Manual Driving Licence for this role.
