Security ManagerLocation: Dublin 8, IrelandContract: Full Time | Permanent | 5 over 7 shift basis (flexibility required)Salary: Up to €65,000 dependant on experience, plus Sodexo benefitsLead Security at a Flagship Dublin SiteWe are seeking an experienced and driven Security Manager to lead the delivery of security services at a high-profile flagship site in the heart of Dublin.This role carries full responsibility for the day-to-day security operation across a complex corporate and manufacturing environment.You will ensure the site remains safe, secure, compliant, and audit-ready at all times — while delivering a first-class customer experience that reflects both client and Sodexo standards.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build a high-performing, security-conscious culture.The RoleAs Security Manager, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of all security operations on site.Operational LeadershipLead and manage on-site security teams, including Supervisors and OfficersEnsure delivery of all KPIs and SLAs in line with contractual requirementsMaintain a penetration-test-ready environment at all timesOversee access control, CCTV, patrols, car park management and key control processesEnsure all security equipment is maintained and operating effectivelyCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with Sodexo and client security standardsConduct regular security risk and vulnerability assessmentsLead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and close-out actionsMaintain accurate reporting via client platforms and internal systemsEnsure C-TPAT compliance, vetting standards and PSA licensing are maintainedReview, test and update Business Continuity and Emergency Response PlansConduct drills and ensure site emergency preparednessClient & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for all security mattersAttend client meetings and provide monthly KPI and SLA performance reportsProvide expert advice and innovative solutions to enhance site securityWork closely with Operational Leads and the Regional Security Manager on projectsPeople Leadership & DevelopmentMotivate, coach and develop a high-performing security teamImplement structured training plans and maintain training matricesDrive a culture of professionalism, presentation and customer service excellenceSupport HR processes, performance management and succession planningEnsure payroll and time management systems are effectively managedContinuous ImprovementDevelop and implement SOPs to strengthen site security standardsIntroduce security innovation and process enhancementsEnsure all platforms for reporting, inspections and audits are consistently usedMaintain up-to-date compliance documentation and SharePoint recordsAbout YouEssential:Proven security management experience within a corporate and/or manufacturing environmentExperience managing multi-site or large security teamsStrong knowledge of emergency response planning and incident managementPSA LicenceExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of health & safety and confidentiality standardsAbility to prioritise and perform effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environmentExperience driving continuous improvement initiativesDesirable:Financial and budget management experienceUnderstanding of integrated facilities management
