Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
We are seeking an organized and flexible individual to provide high-quality reception and clerical services to patients and clinicians at the Carnegie Unit.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of English and numeracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong keyboard skills. Knowledge of NHS IT systems would be advantageous.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to prioritize and manage daily workload independently, without direct supervision, is required. The role involves working both independently and as part of the wider administration team.
Travel throughout the West Fife Division area may be necessary for training and staff cover.
Please note that the salary for this position is pro-rata for part-time hours.
