The Head of Solution Architecture is pivotal in maintaining architectural standards aligned with our technology strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer focus. You will establish standards, lead architectural decisions, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and promote Solution Architecture's value, embedding its principles across the organization.
* Establish architectural standards and tooling for consistent solution design and documentation.
* Drive agile decision-making, aligning architecture with business and technology strategies.
* Lead governance forums to uphold best practices and architectural integrity.
* Build and develop a high-performing Solution Architecture team, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Infrastructure, Platform, and Product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
* Provide strategic and technical leadership in solution design and architectural evolution.
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, leading complex solutions across domains.
* Proven leadership in building and mentoring architecture teams.
* Strong understanding of architecture principles, patterns, and tooling.
* Experience in governance, decision-making, and contributing to design forums.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across technical and business teams.
