The Role
You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, enhancing their educational experience and promoting independence.
The school welcome applications from individuals with experience in SEND education or relevant qualificationsbut you dont need to be formally qualified to apply. If youre empathetic, patient, and keen to make a difference, they will provide full training and mentoring as part of our staff development programme.

* EYFS Teaching Assistant
* Teaching Assistant
* Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Key responsibilities and opportunities include:
* Support students with personalised learning, emotional regulation, and the development of independence.
* Utilise Makaton, PECS, AAC, and the Zones of Regulation as part of your practice.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support, under the direction of the class teacher.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the needs of every pupil.
