Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mainframe System Automation team at Experian. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting complex automation requirements, with a passion and drive to improve our business processes through collaboration and automation.
We are a small friendly team, based in the Nottingham area and offer a hybrid working pattern with the opportunity to work remotely from home or an Experian Office or a mix of both.
Your primary role will be to
1. Provide expert Mainframe Automation and output management support
2. Develop and support Splunk dashboards and alerts
3. Provide on-call support for OPSMVS, CAView and iDash issues
4. Collaborate with Business, Operational Teams and 3rd Party Vendors to develop technical roadmaps
5. Follow Experian ITIL Business processes, Change, Incident, Problem and Root Cause Analysis processes
6. Manage Mainframe Automation tools following Experian security, compliance, and policies, using standard tools, e.g. CyberArk, ServiceNow
Qualifications
Required Skills
7. Experience working within a complex Mainframe environment
8. Mainframe System Automation software administration on Mainframe systems
9. Experience with Mainframe systems such as OPSMVS, CA-View & CA-Deliver, and REXX
10. Mainframe Operations – JCL, ISPF, JES2, and z/OS
