Summary
We are seeking a Registered Paediatric Nurse- to join our passionate team in providing high-quality care to children with special needs. This role is part time with flexible hours and plays a vital part in ensuring the health and well-being of the young people we support, aligning with our commitment to excellence in domiciliary care. We would require you to have a nursing role elsewhere where you received your training for your registration through them.
Responsibilities
* Assess and develop person centred care plans and review and update as required.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
* Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
* Complete staff competencies in clinical health care tasks
* Complete clinical reflective check-ins for staff to ensure their skills are at the right level
* Provide person centred training for the people we support and the staff going in to support them.
* Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a focus on pediatrics.
* Proven experience in pediatric nursing or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Compassionate approach towards children and their families.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
