We’re recruiting an experienced FM Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team. This role focuses on the day to day coordination of hard FM contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently across multiple sites.
This is a coordination and contract support role rather than a hands-on technical position.
The role:
Scheduling and managing PPM and reactive maintenance works
Coordinating in-house engineers and external subcontractors
Ensuring jobs are booked, attended and closed correctly on CAFM systems
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, engineers and suppliers
Handling queries, chasing progress and managing escalations or complaints
Supporting junior coordinators and helping maintain consistent service standards
Updating compliance records, job statuses and performance data
Assisting with SLA, KPI and service delivery reportingWhat we’re looking for:
Experience in an FM Coordinator, Contract Coordinator or similar role
Strong understanding of hard FM and PPM scheduling
Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple prioritiesHours:
Monday to Friday
8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
Salary:
£30,000 - £33,000 per annum
This role would suit someone currently working in FM coordination or helpdesk who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a contract-focused role
