This is a full-time, permanent opportunity operating on a hybrid working model, based in Manchester.Act as a visible industry leader and advocate for Onefile within the education and training sector. Maintain a deep understanding of the UK education, apprenticeship, and vocational learning landscape, including policy, funding, and regulatory developments. Ensure product strategy reflects future sector requirements rather than only current demand. **Skills and Experience** Extensive experience working within education technology, vocational learning, or apprenticeship delivery. Strong understanding of the UK education and training sector, including regulatory frameworks and funding models. Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders at senior levels. Proven ability to translate market insight into product strategy. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with learning platforms, e-portfolios, or digital assessment systems. Experience presenting at industry events or conferences. Strong external focus and curiosity about the future of education and training. Relationship-driven with the ability to build trust across the sector.
