Join KAI Conversations and help deploy an AI platform already being rolled out with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies across multiple countries and therapy areas.
We are looking for an SaaS Implementation Project Manager to lead global deployments of our conversation analytics platform, coordinating complex enterprise SaaS rollouts across international markets.
This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations for external clients with 500+ users who enjoys working directly with global clients and managing large-scale technology deployments.
This is not a role for someone only with experience of internal software development project management.
What you’ll do
* Lead global SaaS implementations for enterprise pharmaceutical clients
* Coordinate deployments across multiple countries, products, and teams
* Work directly with client stakeholders to manage rollout programmes
* Collaborate with Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Operations, and Customer Success
* Help build repeatable implementation frameworks that scale global deployments
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years experience delivering enterprise SaaS platform implementations for external clients with 500+ users
* Strong client-facing project management experience
* Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
Nice to have
* Experience in account relationship management
* Experience with AI or analytics platforms
* Exposure to pharma, healthcare, or life sciences organisations
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Travel: Occasional client travel may be required. Monthly travel to London.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise SaaS Implementations
* Manage end-to-end deployment of the KAI platform for global enterprise clients
* Plan and coordinate rollouts across multiple countries and teams
* Define implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
* Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
Work Directly with Global Clients
* Facilitate rollout planning sessions and implementation workshops
* Maintain clear communication on scope, timelines, and progress
* Align global and regional stakeholders around deployment plans
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
* Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Operations, Data Science, and Customer Success
* Translate client requirements into structured implementation activities
* Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to platform adoption
Support Scalable Global Delivery
* Help develop repeatable implementation frameworks and deployment playbooks
* Create templates and structured processes that support global rollouts
* Support the training and enablement of delivery partners implementing KAI in local markets
