Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join Bupa across multiple sites nationwide, including Reading, Bristol, and Chester. This is a permanent position offering both part-time and full-time hours, with onsite face-to-face and telephone consultations.
Key Details:
* Locations: Reading (RG1 5AS), Bristol (BS1 3LG), Chester (CH4 9FB)
* Working hours: 8am-8pm, 7 days a week; sessions from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm
* Minimum of 4 sessions per week required

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, safe, and effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and brief interventions.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based interventions.
* Deliver services via face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations based on client preferences.
* Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with clinical teams.
* Work within sessional limits based on client insurance coverage.
* Signpost or refer clients as needed.
* Offer wellbeing support, assessments, and group psychoeducation.
* Operate autonomously within professional and organizational guidelines.
* Participate in clinical supervision and team initiatives to improve client and staff experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (High Intensity), BABCP accredited
* Full BABCP accreditation
* At least 2 years’ experience with high-intensity CBT for diverse adult clients
* Desirable: Additional training in areas like EMDR, corporate experience, leadership skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage caseloads and work towards targets
* Effective time management and professional independence
