Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced waiting staff to join our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised service in a dynamic and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting
* Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu and ingredients
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
* Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in high-end or fine dining establishments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for hospitality and locally sourced food
* A proactive and professional attitude
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
