Responsibilities
* Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email
* Handle customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
* Provide exceptional service and ensure thorough follow-up on customer queries
What We're Looking For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly, confident, and proactive approach
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using phones and managing multiple tasks
* Previous experience in customer service or sales support
