Location: Richmond Role: Performing Arts Teacher (Drama focus, with potential for Dance or Music) (Full-Time, Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Deliver dynamic and engaging Performing Arts lessons, primarily in Drama, across Key Stages 3 and 4. Inspire students to develop their performance techniques, creativity, and understanding of dramatic and potentially other performing arts disciplines. Collaborate with colleagues to create exciting and challenging curriculum opportunities. Provide constructive feedback to support student progress in performance and theory. A strong degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field. Proven ability to deliver dynamic and effective Performing Arts teaching at the secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply). Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and ideally another performing art. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for the performing arts and the ability to inspire students' creativity and confidence.
