Location: RichmondRole: Performing Arts Teacher (Drama focus with potential for Dance or Music) (FullTime Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic and engaging Performing Arts lessons primarily in Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Inspire students to develop their performance techniques creativity and understanding of dramatic and potentially other performing arts disciplines.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create exciting and challenging curriculum opportunities.
* Provide constructive feedback to support student progress in performance and theory.
* Contribute to school productions and extracurricular performing arts clubs.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong degree in Drama Theatre Studies Performing Arts or a related field.
* Proven ability to deliver dynamic and effective Performing Arts teaching at the secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and ideally another performing art.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
* A genuine passion for the performing arts and the ability to inspire students creativity and confidence.
