Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: Proven work experience as an IT administrator or similar role Experience in supply chain management or related field preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong analytical skills, able to approach problems from different angles Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Exceptional customer service orientation Experience working with ServiceNOW is desirable Responsibilities: Support IT operations and client services by managing IT procurement and order management Raise quotes for clients by liaising with suppliers for competitive pricing Place orders with suppliers and track purchases in the Order Management System Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and goods receipts Book couriers for order collections or deliveries to ensure timely shipments Log received deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records Manage software license portals for clients, ensuring compliance and renewals Receive and action client requests from the Client Portal promptly Keep clients updated on task progress and order statuses for transparent communication Monitor and manage tasks to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs Compile and analyze data for weekly/monthly client reports Assist in the preparation of reports and business documents, ensuring accuracy Maintain accurate records by filing documents and managing administrative systems Perform general administrative duties including email management and document filing Support internal IT team, suppliers, and subcontractors with effective communication Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts to enhance service quality Contribute to company objectives by meeting performance targets and assisting with other tasks Technologies: Support LAN ServiceNow Network Security More: At Evolve, we are committed to revolutionizing the support provided to multi-site brands, often overlooked by traditional technology providers.
