Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

Qualifications
* Fluency in the Welsh language – a successful applicant without the required Welsh language skills will receive support to reach the desired standard within two years of appointment.

Our services include: Integrated Triage and Assessment Services, Intake and Integrated Operations Team, Integrated Assessment Team, Emergency Duty Team, Targeted and Short‑term Services, Direct Payments Support Service, Centre for Independent Living (CILC), Logistics and Operations Team, Targeted & Enablement Integrated Care, Technology Enabled Care, Sensory Services, Occupational Therapy Direct Services, Day Care Services Team, and Residential Care Teams.
